I had a wonderful Christmas this year. I fortunately had 2 days off before Christmas and also Christmas day off. I didn't feel stressed about doing the family dinner. I had my days planned out and everything worked out fine. We had lots of good food and fun with the family. There were 9 people that came for dinner. I was worried about the dog and how she would do with so many people here but she was great. She was the entertainment and everyone enjoyed her. The problem with her was the day after Christmas. She wanted more people and more things to do. She was very anxious all day. She kept getting into things and wanted to go out. It was pouring rain all day so we couldn't stay out long. Today she is better. She's had lots of walks and is now calm again. I think she is really going to enjoy going to school in a couple of weeks. I really think she would enjoy doing obstacle courses or search and rescue. Mom went out to Danny's for this week. I hope to pick her up next Sat. as long as we don't have another snow storm. I work New Years Eve and New Years Day but I don't mind. All the rain washed away all the snow we had. It's good because it just gets ugly after a while. It also got nice and warm in the 50's today. Hoping Carrie is having a good time in Texas and is feeling ok.
